Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Wunderkits! If something isn't right, we're here to help. Find answers to common questions about returns, refunds, and product issues below. For assistance, contact us at hello@wunderkits.com.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Yes! You can return unopened kits within 30 days of delivery for store credit, exchange or refund.

Here's how it works:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is your responsibility; we recommend using a trackable carrier
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Opened or used kits cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene standards

To start a return: Email us at hello@wunderkits.com with your order number, name, and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions and our shipping address.

Damaged, missing or defective items? We'll make it right! Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or what was missing. We'll send the missing item asap. For damaged items/kits, we'll send a replacement after reviewing your photos. Note: we'll need photos to submit to the transit carrier.

What if my kit arrived damaged?

Contact us within 7 days at hello@wunderkits.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or provide a full refund. No need to ship the damaged kit back.

What if I'm missing items from my kit?

We are human and sometimes mistakes can happen. But we're sorry your kit wasn't complete! Contact us at hello@wunderkits.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of what's missing. We'll send the missing item(s) right away at no charge. Please include a photo of what you received if possible, it helps us improve our quality control.

What if I received the wrong kit?

We're human and sometimes mistakes happen. Contact us immediately at hello@wunderkits.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll send you the correct kit right away and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item. You'll receive your replacement at no additional cost.

How will I know when you've received my return?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirmation. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and will appear on your original payment method. If you don't receive confirmation within 10 business days of shipping your return, contact us at hello@wunderkits.com with your tracking number.
